Journal of Aquatic and Fisheries Products Technology (AFISH) is a scientific journal managed by the Fisheries Products Technology Study Program, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Universitas Mulawarman.

The journal was established in 2026 as a platform for the publication of scientific research in the field of fisheries products technology.

AFISH is published twice a year, in May and November, and is available as an electronic journal (e-journal) using the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform.

The journal aims to support the advancement of scientific knowledge and improve the quality of scholarly publications within academic and professional communities.
