Journal of Aquatic and Fisheries Products Technology (AFISH) is a scientific journal published by the Fisheries Products Technology Study Program, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Universitas Mulawarman, Indonesia.
Established in 2026, AFISH serves as a platform for the publication and dissemination of scientific research, reviews, and scholarly developments in fisheries products technology and related fields.
The journal accepts Research Articles and Review Articles. Manuscripts may be submitted in English or Bahasa Indonesia, with English metadata required for all submissions.
AFISH applies a double-anonymous peer-review process involving a minimum of two independent reviewers. The journal is published twice a year, in May and November, with approximately 5–7 articles per issue.
AFISH provides immediate open access to its published content and currently applies no Article Processing Charge (Free APC).
AFISH publishes its articles under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License. (CC BY-SA 4.0), subject to final configuration in the journal's Distribution Settings.
