Pengaruh Green Innovation, Green Organizational Culture, dan Eco-Efficiency terhadap Competitive Advantage

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari green innovation, green organizational culture, dan eco-efficiency terhadap competitive advantage. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purpobsive sampling sehingga setelah dilakukan penyaringan sampel diperoleh 39 perusahaan sebagai sampel penelitian dengan rentang penelitian selama 2021-2023, sehingga sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 117 sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS versi 27 sebagai alat analisis. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa green innovation tidak berpengaruh terhadap competitive advantage, green organizational culture berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap competitive advantage, dan eco-efficiency tidak berpengaruh terhadap competitive advantage
