Crossmark Policy

CrossMark, a multi-publisher project of CrossRef, offers readers a standard way to find the definitive edition of a text. Elsevier recognizes the importance for academics and librarians of the credibility and completeness of scientific records and strongly emphasizes the importance of maintaining confidence in the authority of its electronic databases. By pressing the CrossMark button, readers will be informed of the current status of the document and will also include detailed information about the publication history of the document.
