Struktur Industri dan Dinamika Pasar Perunggasan Nasional

Penelitian menganalisis karakteristik struktur industri perunggasan nasional, mengevaluasi dampak integrasi vertikal terhadap distribusi kekuatan pasar dan efisiensi sektor, serta mengkaji dinamika transmisi harga dalam rantai produksi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur sistematis yang dipadukan dengan analisis data sekunder resmi periode 2022–2024. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi pasar pada segmen hulu memperkuat hambatan masuk, memengaruhi perilaku strategis perusahaan, dan berdampak pada distribusi nilai tambah dalam rantai pasok. Integrasi vertikal meningkatkan efisiensi koordinasi produksi dan stabilitas pasokan, namun berpotensi memperbesar kekuatan pasar dan mempersempit ruang persaingan bagi peternak mandiri. Analisis transmisi harga mengindikasikan pola penyesuaian yang tidak selalu simetris antara segmen input dan budidaya, sehingga memengaruhi stabilitas margin usaha. Kajian menegaskan pentingnya kebijakan persaingan berbasis indikator kuantitatif, penguatan sistem informasi pasar, reformasi kelembagaan peternak, serta transformasi digital sebagai sumber inovasi strategis
