Strategi Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan Rumah Sakit melalui Peningkatan Perilaku Organisasi Rumah Sakit: Systematic Literature Review

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi dan mensintesis bukti ilmiah terkait pengaruh leadership style, job satisfaction, dan work environment terhadap kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit. Pencarian literatur dilakukan pada database akademik yang dipublikasikan tahun 2021-2026 dengan full text tersedia untuk mengidentifikasi studi kuantitatif hubungan antara variabel perilaku organisasi (leadership style, job satisfaction, work environment) dengan kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit. Data diekstraksi secara sistematis dan disintesis secara naratif. Dari proses seleksi, 30 studi memenuhi kriteria inklusi dengan partisipan dari berbagai rumah sakit, dengan temuan menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit sangat dipengaruhi oleh perilaku organisasi terutama kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan, dimana arah hubungan yang paling konsisten ketika kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja membaik, kualitas layanan, kinerja perawat, serta efektivitas layanan meningkat, baik secara langsung maupun melalui variabel mediasi
