Abstract

This research was conducted to design an Enterprise Architecture model to support the administrative management of the Al-Fatih Mosque at Buana Perjuangan University, Karawang, which is still done manually and not yet integrated. The main problems include separate financial records, activity management, and inventory, which hamper efficiency and transparency. The method used is the Zachman Framework as a conceptual framework to map organizational needs based on six main perspectives, namely data, function, network, people, time, and motivation. Research data was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research are in the form of an Enterprise Architecture blueprint design that shows the relationship between organizational business processes and information system elements needed in mosque management. The resulting blueprint is expected to be used as a strategic guideline in developing an integrated information system so as to improve management efficiency, report transparency, and support the implementation of digital-based mosque governance.
