Eksploitasi dalam Dunia Hiburan: Studi Kasus Skandal Oriental Circus Indonesia dalam Perspektif Hukum, HAM, dan Pancasila

Skandal Oriental Circus Indonesia (OCI) yang terungkap pada April 2025 menjadi sorotan nasional karena mengandung dugaan eksploitasi sistematis dan kekerasan terhadap mantan pemain sirkus, termasuk anak-anak. Praktik ini tidak hanya melanggar nilai-nilai luhur Pancasila, tetapi juga mencerminkan kegagalan penegakan hukum dan perlindungan hak asasi manusia (HAM) di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis skandal OCI dari perspektif hukum, HAM, dan ideologi Pancasila, serta menyoroti peran negara dalam mencegah pelanggaran serupa di masa depan. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus, data diperoleh dari dokumentasi media, kesaksian korban, dan regulasi terkait. Hasil kajian menunjukkan adanya pelanggaran terhadap prinsip kemanusiaan, keadilan sosial, dan perlindungan anak. Ditemukan pula adanya kegagalan sistemik dalam implementasi undang-undang yang seharusnya menjamin perlindungan hukum bagi kelompok rentan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan regulasi, mekanisme pengawasan industri hiburan, serta pemulihan hak dan keadilan bagi para korban.
