Penegakan Hukum Pidana Kekerasan Seksual yang Terjadi di Perguruan Tinggi Kota Samarinda

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat penerapan hukum pidana terhadap kasus kekerasan seksual di perguruan tinggi Kota Samarinda dan untuk mengidentifikasi unsur-unsur yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya kekerasan seksual dalam kajian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi sosio-legal, dengan menggunakan data primer yang bersumber langsung dari lapangan. Sumber data sekunder berkaitan dengan informasi tambahan mengenai subjek penelitian yang berkaitan dengan penegakan hukum pidana mengenai kekerasan seksual di Universitas Samarinda. Beberapa aspek penegakan hukum pidana terkait kekerasan seksual di Universitas Mulawarman sudah berjalan namun belum sepenuhnya optimal. Faktor-faktor potensial yang berkontribusi terhadap kekerasan seksual di perguruan tinggi, seperti yang dikaji dalam kriminologi, termasuk faktor internal yang berasal dari pelaku, seperti moral yang kurang baik, dinamika kekuasaan yang tinggi, dan kebutuhan biologis yang tidak terpenuhi. Selain itu, faktor eksternal meliputi pengaruh keluarga, kondisi lingkungan, kemajuan teknologi, dan tekanan teman sebaya.
