Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi hukum kesetaraan dan keadilan gender di Kota Samarinda, dengan fokus pada Pasal 27 ayat 1 Undang-Undang Dasar 1945. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi hukum kesetaraan dan keadilan gender di Kota Samarinda masih belum optimal. kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap kesetaraan gender di Kota Samarinda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, salah satu langkah untuk meningkatkan implementasi hukum kesetaraan dan keadilan gender di Kota Samarinda adalah Meningkatkan sosialisasi dan edukasi tentang hukum kesetaraan dan keadilan gender kepada masyarakat.
