This community service activity aims to empower the community of Bontang Baru Village through four integrated programs: mangrove planting, biopore construction, local tourism potential development, and stunting socialization. The methods used were participatory approaches involving the community, Pokdarwis, and the local Public Health Center (Puskesmas). A total of 500 mangrove seedlings were planted (50 ceremonially in RT 26 and 450 in Malahing Island as the habitat of silver herons). Biopores were constructed in six RTs (RT 8, 9, 10, 11, 17, and 28), with three biopores installed in one house per RT, accompanied by TOGA plants and EM4. Tourism potential was strengthened through collaboration with Creative Night Market (CNM) by distributing tickets to sellers and providing gypsum craft souvenirs from Diana Craft. Stunting education was conducted with the distribution of goodie bags containing nutritious food and kelor pudding demonstration. The results showed increased community awareness of environmental conservation, waste management, tourism attractiveness, and stunting prevention. These programs support the development of sustainable tourism in Bontang Baru.
