While digital technology advancements facilitate information access, communication, and learning activities for students, their use can also entail risks if not accompanied by adequate digital literacy. This community service initiative aimed to enhance the understanding of digital literacy and the wise use of digital media among students at SMP Negeri 5 Samboja. The activity was conducted in three stages: preparation, educational implementation, and evaluation. The educational component employed a combination of material presentation, discussion, and Q&A sessions covering fundamental digital literacy concepts, the benefits of digital technology, wise internet usage, and the importance of critical and responsible digital media engagement. Evaluation was carried out using pre-tests and post-tests to assess changes in the students' general understanding of digital literacy. The results showed an increase in the average student score from 7.331 in the pre-test to 8.691 in the post-test a rise of 1.360 points or 18.55%. This improvement indicates that the educational activity positively impacted the students' understanding of digital literacy. Thus, digital literacy educationdelivered through a combination of material presentation, discussion, and Q&A serves as an effective approach to improving students' foundational understanding of how to use digital technology wisely and responsibly.
