Abstract

Muara Dun Village did not yet have physical information media regarding the flow and requirements of administrative services at the village office. Previously, information was only available through online media and verbal explanations, causing difficulties for some community members. The KKN 52 program of Mulawarman University aimed to provide communicative visual information media through the creation of an infographic on administrative services and complaints. The implementation method included needs identification, data collection, design development, validation with village officials, and publication. The results produced an infographic permanently installed at the Muara Dun Village Office, containing the service flow, list of requirements, free service information, and complaint channels. This media increased community independence, reduced repetitive questions, accelerated the service process, and helped village officials maintain information consistency. The program contributed to strengthening village information governance that is more transparent and inclusive.
