Abstract

The Community Service Program in Rapak Dalam Village, Samarinda City, was implemented through three main programs: Competitive MSMEs, PRIMA (Smart Personal Financial and Data Management), and KREATOP (Bottle Cap Crafts into Keychains). The activities aimed to support community business development through the use of digital technology, improve students’ understanding of financial literacy and data security, and enhance community skills in utilizing plastic waste. The Competitive MSMEs program provided assistance to 10 MSMEs through the development and optimization of Google Business Profile, GoPay QRIS Merchant, Facebook Marketplace, and promotional banners. The PRIMA program was conducted with 62 fifth-grade students from SDN 001 Loa Janan Ilir through educational sessions and pre-test and post-test evaluations. The evaluation results showed an increase in the mean score from 77.74 in the pre-test to 87.10 in the post-test. The KREATOP program involved 30 participants in hands-on activities to reuse plastic bottle caps as useful products and produced 10 keychains through direct practice. Overall, the three programs were implemented successfully and resulted in increased use of digital technology among MSMEs, improved students’ understanding of financial literacy, and enhanced community skills in reusing plastic waste.
