The Community Service Program (KKN) is a form of higher education community service that serves as an implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education through the application of students’ knowledge and skills to address community needs. The KKN program in Belempung Ulaq Village, Barong Tongkok District, West Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan, was implemented to support community empowerment through three priority programs: stunting prevention, village digitalization, and financial education. The activities employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach involving students, village government officials, Posyandu cadres, the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) team, school representatives, and the community in problem identification, activity planning, implementation, and evaluation. The stunting prevention program was carried out through education on stunting prevention from an early age and the provision of supplementary food in the form of spinach and chicken nuggets. The village digitalization program included population data collection through DIGIDES, house-number installation, and the creation of village social media platforms as a means of disseminating information. Financial education was provided to students at SDN 011 Ulaq on money management, the distinction between needs and wants, and the importance of saving through interactive learning methods. Additional programs included Posyandu assistance, vitamin A supplementation, and the celebration of the 81st Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia. The results showed community participation and positive responses, as well as the successful implementation of all planned programs. The activities resulted in improved digital information facilities, digitally organized population data, and the delivery of health and financial literacy education to the target groups. The KKN activities in Belempung Ulaq Village demonstrate that the PAR approach, through the integration of health programs, village digitalization, and financial education, can support community empowerment and provide benefits that can be developed sustainably.
