Abstract

Stunting in Berbas Pantai Village's coastal area showed fluctuating prevalence, reaching 22.20% in June 2026, aggravated by limited family nutritional understanding and inadequate sanitation and waste segregation practices. This community service program aimed to accelerate stunting prevention and environmental improvement through two integrated interventions: nutrition education "Ayo ke Posyandu!" and Clean and Healthy Behavior strengthening "Eco-Care". Conducted from July 13 to August 22, 2026, the program demonstrated significant results. Nutrition education at Mutiara Posyandu showed that 31.58% of participants increased their knowledge scores, while 68.42% maintained high understanding levels, reinforcing Posyandu's role as an early detection hub. PHBS intervention in three early childhood education institutions through storytelling, interactive simulations, and provision of three-category segregated waste bins successfully fostered environmental awareness from an early age, reducing infectious disease risks. The synergy of both programs proved effective in contributing to Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being) and SDG 13 (Climate Action) in coastal areas.
