Tuberculosis (TB) remains a significant public health challenge in Indonesia, which contributes approximately 10% of global TB cases. Early case detection is essential for controlling transmission and reducing morbidity and mortality. This community service activity aimed to support active TB case finding through cross-sector collaboration involving the Public Health Center (Puskesmas), Village Government, Posyandu cadres, and Community Service Program (KKN) students in Sangasanga Dalam Village. The activities were conducted at three Posyandu—RA Kartini, Harapan Ibu, and Pandan Wangi—on August 3, 4, and 7, 2026, targeting pre-elderly (45-59 years) and elderly (>60 years) populations. A total of 74 participants were reached, with all sputum specimens examined using Molecular Rapid Test (TCM) showing negative results (MTB Not Detected). Students acted as supporting partners facilitating communication and administrative coordination, while medical procedures were conducted by health workers. Key challenges included communication barriers with cadres and role adjustment during early implementation, which were addressed through evaluation and mediation. The activity demonstrated that Posyandu can serve as strategic entry points for community-based TB screening, and the collaboration between stakeholders is essential for program sustainability.
