Digitalization offers Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) operators the opportunity to leverage technology to support their marketing activities and business transactions. This community service initiative aimed to provide MSME operators in Tani Bhakti Village, West Samboja District, with an understanding of and practical experience in using digital technology to support business marketing and transactions. The event took place on July 25, 2026, at the Tani Bhakti Village Public Meeting Hall and was attended by 40 participants, comprising members of the PKK (Family Welfare Empowerment) group and MSME operators. A participatory approach was employed, incorporating material presentations, discussions, hands-on practice, and mentoring. The program covered marketing digitalization, including an introduction to social media, branding, content creation, and the use of artificial intelligence as a marketing tool—as well as payment digitalization through an introduction to and guidance on using QRIS. The activity resulted in active participant engagement in brainstorming content ideas, drafting captions and promotional concepts with the aid of artificial intelligence, and receiving assistance with QRIS setup and product photography. This initiative provided participants with initial experience in understanding and applying digital technologies tailored to the specific characteristics of their respective businesses.
