ABSTRACT: The Community Service Program (KKN) themed Climate Village Program (Proklim) in Sesulu Village, Penajam Paser Utara, conducted from July to August 2025, aimed to support climate change adaptation and mitigation through innovation-based community engagement. Eight programs were implemented: planting 100 trees, 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) socialization, Microsoft Office-based waste bank administration training, production of “Sulu Clean” natural dishwashing soap, liquid organic fertilizer production from kitchen waste, a creative waste recycling competition, installation of waste decomposition educational signs, and soil fertility detection tool practice. Targeting students of SMP Negeri 4 PPU, SMK Negeri 4 PPU, PKK groups, Dasawisma, and Bunda Waste Bank, the programs produced Outputs such as planted trees, posters, training modules, eco-friendly products, recycled crafts, informative signs, and simple tools. These efforts enhanced environmental awareness, reduced reliance on chemical products, and empowered the community. Challenges like transportation and participation were addressed through collaboration. The program significantly contributed to building a resilient climate village through waste management innovation, greening, and education.
