Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) of Mulawarman University in Tanjung Laut Village, Bontang City, was implemented as a community empowerment initiative through a multidimensional approach covering health, social, economic, environmental, cultural, and institutional aspects. The main activities included the GENTA Stunting program (Tanjung Laut Movement to Prevent Stunting), development of a public facilities map, production of a village potential video, capacity building for local MSMEs (Batik Sampoang and Abyan Snack) through digital marketing, preparation of a cultural diplomacy article, school-based sexual violence prevention campaign, installation of waste education boards, creation of the official village logo, and dissemination of public service posters. The methods employed consisted of observation, interviews, technical assistance, and dissemination of outputs in collaboration with the local community and village authorities. The results indicated improvements in community knowledge on nutrition, sanitation, and clean living practices; enhanced adolescent awareness of sexual violence prevention; and increased environmental awareness through visual educational media. Economically, local MSMEs benefitted from improved production management and wider market reach through digitalization. At the institutional level, the creation of the official logo and service posters strengthened the village’s visual identity and administrative transparency. Overall, this KKN program contributed to building a healthier, competitive, and resilient coastal community through collaborative, educational, and sustainable approaches.
