Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) conducted in Tepian Baru Village, Bengalon District, East Kutai Regency aims to optimize the local potential of the village through approaches of innovation, education, and community empowerment. The program encompasses MSME development through ecobrick icon creation and digital payment systems, education on saving habits, anti-corruption, digital creativity, English learning, and poetry and pantun arts. Additionally, it educates on juvenile delinquency, the dangers of using medication without prescription, and provides training on processing local products such as palm mushroom nuggets and moringa leaf cookies. The implementation methods include participatory approaches, interactive workshops, practical demonstrations, and group discussions, with evaluation based on participation, observation, and creative outputs. This initiative successfully empowers the village community by enhancing knowledge, skills, and social awareness sustainably.
