The 51st Thematic Community Service Program (KKN) “Generasi Sehat” of Mulawarman University was implemented in Ujoh Bilang Village, Long Bagun District, Mahakam Ulu Regency, focusing on stunting prevention and overall community health improvement. This program involved students from various disciplines in collaboration with Ujoh Bilang Public Health Center, local government, schools, and the community. The activities included health and stunting screenings for children, iron tablet distribution for female students, reproductive health education, nutrition counseling, and community exercise sessions. Digital innovations were also developed, such as nutrition education podcasts and QR Codes to facilitate access to health information. Moreover, community empowerment was promoted through environmental cleanliness competitions, health literacy essay contests, and the cultivation of medicinal plants. The results showed increased knowledge, awareness, and participation of the community in maintaining balanced nutrition, healthy lifestyles, and family health practices. This collaboration demonstrated that a multidisciplinary approach combined with education and digital innovation can provide tangible impacts in supporting stunting prevention efforts and fostering a healthier generation in the border area of East Kalimantan.
