Abstract

Community Service Program or Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) in Pantai Lango Village aims to enhance fishery business through community education for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) improvement. Pantai Lango has significant potential in the fisheries sector, yet it faces challenges in product processing and marketing. This program employs participatory methods and community empowerment by conducting training on fishery product processing based on fishermen's catch, digital marketing, halal certification, branding, and business management. The results indicate improved knowledge, skills, and entrepreneurial spirit among community members, especially women participants, in producing processed fish products such as fried fish balls (basreng) and fish chili sauce. This activity promotes business diversification and adds value to local fishery products, with the hope of sustainably improving the welfare of the Pantai Lango coastal community.
