Health and environmental awareness are important for improving the quality of life. A series of programs was carried out in Bakungan Village to promote health and strengthen environmental care. The interventions included health screening, nutrition education with tilapia nuggets, the introduction of butterfly pea tea for hypertension, environmental education on waste management, and drainage revitalization. Health screening measured blood pressure, blood glucose, uric acid, and hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls. It was followed by the distribution of iron tablets to prevent anemia. Nutrition education improved mothers’ knowledge and encouraged children to consume fish in more acceptable forms. Butterfly pea tea for hypertension was introduced as a local option for blood pressure control, but most participants considered the taste bland and suggested innovation. Environmental education on waste management increased students’ awareness of proper waste handling. Drainage revitalization restored water flow and encouraged residents to maintain their environment. The programs enhanced community awareness of health, nutrition, and environmental sustainability through the use of local resources.
