Abstract

The community empowerment program in Sumber Sari Village, which utilizes the innovative botanical pesticide "BIOSARI," aims to promote independence and improve farmer welfare through independent production, intensive outreach, and market digitization. The production process is designed to be simple so that the community can utilize local natural materials to create effective and environmentally friendly pesticides. Outreach activities focus on increasing understanding of the use of botanical pesticides to support the broader implementation of sustainable agriculture. Meanwhile, market digitization opens broader market access, increases farmer incomes, and strengthens the local economy. Program results demonstrate increased production capacity, optimized use of botanical pesticides, and successful market expansion through digital platforms. This program serves as an example of empowerment based on technological innovation and social education that supports agricultural sustainability and improves community welfare.
