This Community Service Program (KKN) aims to provide a solution for wood waste management through the production of environmentally friendly eco-briquettes that are useful as an alternative energy source. Unused sawdust waste has the potential to pollute the environment if left to accumulate. Through this activity, students and the community implemented a simple innovation by converting sawdust waste into briquettes, a cleaner and more economical alternative fuel. Activities included outreach on the importance of waste management, hands-on eco-briquette-making practice, and a reflection session with the local community. The results demonstrated high community enthusiasm and an increased understanding of how to process waste into useful products. Furthermore, the community gained practical skills in eco-briquette-making that can be independently implemented in their local environment. Thus, this activity not only provides knowledge but also encourages the creation of an environmentally friendly culture through the utilization of wood waste as an alternative energy source.
