The University of Mulawarman's Community Service Program (KKN) in Linggang Jelemuq Village, Tering Subdistrict, West Kutai, was implemented with the aim of enhancing the capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through strengthening digital literacy, developing product identity, and expanding market access. The three main programs implemented were: (1) training in Microsoft Word and Excel to support business administration, (2) logo branding and digital marketing to strengthen product identity, and (3) mapping MSMEs using Google Maps to make businesses more accessible to consumers. The results of the activities demonstrated improved skills among the community in using digital applications, the development of visual product identities, and increased online visibility for MSMEs. The integration of these three programs has proven effective in encouraging MSMEs to become more adaptive, innovative, and competitive in the digital era.
