Abstract

This community service activity was carried out as part of the implementation of the 51st batch of the Community Service Program (KKN) in 2025, conducted in Linggang Bangunsari Village, Tering Sub-district, Kutai Barat Regency. The selection of this activity was based on the community's limited ability to fully develop its potential. The program was implemented through several activities, including the development of a village website, training in basic financial record-keeping for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), the creation of product logos as business identities, the development of a WhatsApp Bot for public services, and the design of posters detailing the village's history. These activities aim to strengthen digital literacy, improve the quality of public services, and enhance the competitiveness of local products. The results of the program implementation show that the integration of technology with creative economic efforts can improve efficiency, expand local branding, and preserve cultural identity. Furthermore, the synergy between digitalization and the creative economy not only supports the resilience of MSMEs but also fosters sustainable community empowerment.
