Abstract

This community service project was carried out in Gunung Sari Village, Tabang District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, through an Integrated Community Service Program (KKN Terpadu). The program aimed to strengthen village facilities by fostering collaboration among students, local communities, and private partners. Activities included the construction of road signs, classroom nameplates at SDN 007 Tabang, and the provision of three-color waste bins, as well as the production of a village profile video to promote local potential. The implementation process involved participatory methods, engaging local residents, and receiving material support from private partners. The outcomes demonstrated that these initiatives not only improved village infrastructure and environmental awareness but also created sustainable facilities beneficial for education, mobility, and waste management. This collaboration highlights the importance of synergy between students, communities, and private sectors in realizing sustainable rural development.
