Abstract

The main problems faced by Sumber Agung Village include limited information facilities and suboptimal environmental management, particularly in waste processing. In addition, this village has great potential in its school-age human resources, but they still face several issues such as bullying, color blindness, and underdeveloped saving habits. To address these challenges, the community service team from Mulawarman University implemented several main programs, including the creation of street name signs to facilitate regional identity, the establishment of a waste bank as an integrated waste management facility, as well as several other flagship programs oriented toward community empowerment and improving the quality of life. The results of these activities are expected to make a real contribution in increasing public awareness of the importance of environmental cleanliness, strengthening village identity, and supporting the creation of more independent and sustainable development in Sumber Agung Village.
