The 51st Regular Community Service Program (KKN) of Mulawarman University by group KUKAR 82 was carried out in Santan Ulu Village, Marangkayu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. This activity aimed to enhance the capacity of youth through a synergy of education and training. Based on observations, several issues were identified, including juvenile delinquency, low legal awareness, weak understanding of personal branding, and limited technical skills in using Microsoft Word and preparing Curriculum Vitae (CV). The program was then focused on juvenile delinquency education, personal branding, legal awareness, and practical skill training. The methods applied included interactive lectures, discussions, simulations, demonstrations, and hands-on practice. Evaluation results indicated significant improvements in participants’ cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. Students of SMPN 6 Marangkayu were able to understand the impacts of juvenile delinquency, build a positive self-image, and recognize the importance of legal responsibility. Meanwhile, students of SMA 2 Marangkayu successfully mastered basic Microsoft Word usage and prepared CVs according to standard requirements. The implementation of this program demonstrates that participatory and applicative approaches can provide real contributions in shaping adaptive, competitive, and responsible young generations. This program also supports the achievement of sustainable development and the vision of Indonesia Emas 2045 through strengthening human resource quality at the village level.
