The Community Service Program of Mulawarman University in Lok Tuan Village, North Bontang District, aimed to enhance community awareness in environmental, health, and economic aspects of the Selambai coastal area. The program was conducted from July 14 to August 20, 2025, using methods of socialization, demonstration, and training. The flagship program, Wise Waste, Bright Sea, focused on waste management education in collaboration with the Environmental Agency. In addition, various individual projects were implemented, including education on Beyond Use Date (BUD), children’s financial literacy, socialization of groundwater potential vs. waste, digital ethics and ITE Law, Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA), digital bookkeeping training for the floating mosque, eco-enzyme and MOL production, as well as ASEAN introduction for students. The results showed an increase in community understanding of environmental management, health literacy, and local economic empowerment, while supporting sustainable development based on local potential.
