Anemia is a common health problem among adolescent girls due to increased iron requirements during growth and menstruation, which can affect academic performance, health, and the risk of stunting in the future. This study aims to enhance adolescents' knowledge about anemia prevention through the “Prevent Anemia, Happy Adolescents” program implemented at SMP IT Assadiyah Manuntung, within the jurisdiction of the Margasari Health Center, Balikpapan Barat, on July 29, 2025. The program utilized interactive lectures, pre-tests, and post-tests to assess improvements in students' knowledge. Results indicated a significant increase in average knowledge scores from 60.43 to 74.78. Most students demonstrated improved understanding of anemia, its causes, effects, and preventive measures. These findings indicate that targeted educational interventions effectively enhance adolescents' knowledge about anemia, promote healthy lifestyles, and contribute to stunting prevention. It is recommended that such activities be conducted regularly in collaboration with schools and community health centers to ensure the application of knowledge acquired by students.
