Public health in Kerang Village still faces several issues, such as limited knowledge about proper drug use, low awareness of health check-ups, lack of physical activity among the elderly, and a high prevalence of anemia among adolescent girls. To address these problems, Universitas Mulawarman students carried out the Generasi Sehat Thematic Community Service Program for 37 days (July 14–August 20, 2025) in Kerang Village, Batu Engau District, Paser Regency. The activities included education on the rational use of antibiotics, the Young Pharmacist program, simulations of proper cough etiquette and handwashing, education on the dangers of excessive paracetamol use, an anemia prevention program for adolescents, healthy exercise sessions, and free health check-ups. These activities were well-received by the community, as shown by active participation and improved understanding through hands-on practice. This program contributed to increasing health awareness, promoting healthy behavior, and strengthening the role of students as agents of change in the community.
