The Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata / KKN) in Jongkang Village, Loa Kulu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency was designed to address various challenges, including low financial literacy, suboptimal waste management, limited digitalization of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), and the absence of an official village visual identity. The village has great potential with abundant natural resources, emerging MSMEs, and strong social capital; however, these potentials have not been fully optimized. The implemented programs included the “Saving Habits” and “Financial Management” campaigns for elementary and junior high school students, Eco-Enzyme training and waste bank design for environmental issues, digitalization training for MSMEs, and the creation of an official village logo. Various approaches were applied, ranging from interactive counseling, direct demonstrations, to in-depth research. The results showed significant improvements in students’ financial awareness, community understanding of organic waste management, and MSMEs’ knowledge of digital marketing. Moreover, the village logo design successfully produced a visual identity that reflects the village’s potential and vision. Overall, the program has empowered the community based on local potentials, addressed existing challenges, and directed Jongkang Village toward independence, resilience, and sustainability.
