Low public awareness regarding the long-term impact of waste is a primary concern in Selili Village, RT 22. In response, students of the Community Service Program (KKN) introduced a visual innovation: a Waste Education Signpost designed to reveal the "age" of trash. This signpost visually communicates the extensive time required for different types of waste to decompose, with some taking up to 450 years or not decomposed at all. The program was conducted using a participatory approach, encompassing group planning, consultation with the local neighborhood authority (RT), and collaborative work with the community. The results indicate that the installed signpost, with its conspicuous design, successfully captured residents' attention and earned positive feedback. This simple visual innovation serves as an effective initial step in fostering collective consciousness and encouraging behavioral shifts towards a cleaner and healthier environment in Selili.
