Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) of Universitas Mulawarman, Batch 51, was implemented in Bontang Baru Sub-district as a form of student dedication to the community under the theme “Student Action for Sustainable Education, Environment, and Economy.” This program consisted of 12 main activities, including the production of a local potential video, communication podcast, waste bank socialization, English Camp, healthy exercise, health and hygiene education, administrative assistance, sub-district profile development, digital literacy enhancement, community engagement, youth empowerment, and strengthening of local MSMEs. The implementation used participatory approaches such as observation, interviews, socialization, and collaboration with local authorities and residents. The outcomes revealed improvements in community awareness of environmental management, language skills, digital literacy, healthy lifestyles, and local economic resilience through MSMEs. This program is expected to provide a real contribution to the community in realizing an empowered, inclusive, and sustainable development.
