The Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata/KKN) conducted in Linggang Bigung Baru Village, Linggang Bigung District, West Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan Province, aimed to optimize local potential through the integration of education, agricultural innovation, and community empowerment. This agrarian village possesses considerable potential, yet its utilization remains limited due to restricted technological access, limited knowledge, and inadequate resource management. The program was designed through several stages, including problem identification, solution planning, technical preparation, and participatory implementation. The main activities encompassed the construction of a hydroponic installation using the Deep Flow Technique (DFT), training in the production of botanical pesticides and eco-enzymes, processing of used cooking oil into aromatic candles, and personal branding workshops involving curriculum vitae (CV) preparation, digital portfolio development, and LinkedIn optimization. The outcomes revealed significant improvements in knowledge, technical skills, ecological awareness, and community participation in managing village potential more productively and sustainably. Beyond contributing to food security, environmental management, and creative economic opportunities, the program also enhanced human resource capacity, particularly among the younger generation, as agents of development. Accordingly, this KKN program demonstrates that the integration of education, agricultural innovation, and community empowerment can serve as a model for innovative, self-reliant, and competitive rural development in line with the principles of sustainable development (SDGs).
