About the Journal
The Mulawarman International Conference on Tropical Public Health (MICTOPH) is an annual international conference organized by the Faculty of Public Health (FKM), Universitas Mulawarman. This event serves as a platform to gather and integrate diverse, constructive, and comprehensive ideas, concepts, and perspectives. The outcomes of these discussions and presentations aim to form the foundation for addressing and solving various challenges in the field of public health, particularly those related to tropical regions. Through collaboration and knowledge exchange, MICTOPH strives to contribute to the advancement of public health research and practices.

- David Zakus, who is an adjunct Professor at Dalla Lana School of Public Health (DLSPH), University of Toronto. Will talk about Global Health Challenges: Aligning Efforts with the SDGs
- Sarva Mangala Praveena (BSc, MSc, PhD) who is an academic Associate Professor Department of Environmental and Occupational Health, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Universiti Putra Malaysia 43400 Serdang Selangor Darul Ehsan who will speak on Water Quality and Sustainability: Addressing Challenges in the Context of SDGs
- Andi Satya Adi Saputra, Sp.OG., M.Kes who is a Member of the East Kalimantan DPRD who will speak about Health Services on its way to achieving SDGS goals 3: (Good Health and Wellbeing) in East Kalimantan
