Author Guidelines
Submitted publications can be in the form of research results and review articles and have never been published and will not be published in other media. Manuscripts are written using Arial font size 11, spaced 2 and margins of 2.5 cm. A4 paper size with a maximum of 25 pages for publication of research results and 50 pages for review articles. Manuscripts are sent in softcopy MS Word and PDF accompanied by a correspondence address (e-mail, telephone, facsimile and mobile phone) sent to the editorial address of the Jurnal Ilmu Pemerintahan, Jalan Gunung Tabur No.1 Kampus Gunung Kelua Samarinda, East Kalimantan 75123, Tel. 0541 7091944 and Fax. 0541 749482, email: ejournal.ilmupemerintahan@gmail.com
FORMAT
Title: The title of the article is concise and straightforward, no more than 20 words and contains:
The title is written in Indonesian and English.
Author's full name.
Author's agency complete with address and postal code.
Correspondence address equipped with telephone, facsimile and e-mail numbers
Abstract: Written in Bahasa Indonesia and English between 150-250 words. Abstract contains objectives, methods and contents in a concise and clear manner. Key words of 4-6 words that reflect the important concepts in the article.
Introduction: Contains background and objectives supported by relevant and up-to-date references.
Research Methods: Contains complete and detailed information about the research methods used and is equipped with referenced literature.
Results and Discussion: Contains only important data discussed. The data is arranged in a unified and coherent order so that the discussion develops clearly and logically. The same data should not be presented in the form of tables and figures. The explanation of the data should be discussed in the discussion.
Conclusion: Contains the conclusion of the entire manuscript written. The conclusion is the answer to the research objectives and not a summary of the research results obtained.
Acknowledgments: This section can be used to express gratitude to those who have contributed.
Bibliography:
References are referred to in the manuscript by mentioning the name and year.
If there is only one author, then write it in the form of Name (Year) or (Name of Year).
If there are two authors, the Name and Name (Year) or (Name and Name of the Year) are written.
If there are more than two people, the name et al is written. (Year) or (Name et al. Year).
If a sentence refers to several authors, put a hyphen (;). The bibliography is written in alphabetical order.
