Abstract

Pengelolaan sampah anorganik menjadikan tantangan lingkungan mendesak di wilayah pedesaan seperti Desa Sidomulyo, Kecamatan Anggana, Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh tim PPK Ormawa OSEAN bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) dalam mengolah sampah anorganik menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi. Peserta dipilih berdasarkan keaktifan KWT di desa dan keterlibatan mereka dalam kegiatan lingkungan. Evaluasi pengetahuan dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test dengan format pilihan ganda serta observasi keterampilan praktik. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 3,23% dan seluruh peserta (100%) mampu membuat produk kerajinan layak pakai. Selain peningkatan keterampilan, peserta juga menyampaikan testimoni bahwa kegiatan ini mampu menumbuhkan kesadaran lingkungan dan motivasi kewirausahaan rumah tangga. Pengelolaan sampah organik melalui daur ulang kreatif terbukti membantu mengurangi potensi pencemaran plastik di lingkungan sekitar desa. Keberlanjutan program diupayakan melalui pembentukan kelompok usaha kecil berbasis KWT dan kolaborasi berkelanjutan dengan UKM 3R. Model ini dapat direplikasi di wilayah pedesaan yang lain dengan menyesuaikan sumber daya lokal dan karakter sosial masyarakat.
