Peningkatan Pemahaman Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja melalui OSH Board Game

Tingginya kasus kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat kerja di Indonesia disebabkan banyak faktor yang kompleks, antara lain kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja serta pendidikan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja sejak dini. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di antara pelajar MTsN 22 Jakarta dengan tujuan mengurangi risiko kecelakaan kerja dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Partisipan kegiatan ini adalah 33 orang siswa dan siswi kelas 9E MTsN 22 Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyampaian materi pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah melalui permainan OSH Board Game. Kegiatan ini melibatkan serangkaian langkah, termasuk pemaparan keselamatan, tes sebelum, sesi bermain OSH Board Game, tes sesudah, dan pembagian hadiah. Program ini menunjukkan keberhasilan dan pencapaian target yang ditetapkan ditunjukkan dengan terjadinya peningkatan skor pada yang ada pada tes sebelum dan tes sesudah pengabdian dilaksanakan. Namun, terdapat saran untuk perbaikan, khususnya terkait durasi permainan dan penyesuaian jumlah materi agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta.
