About the Journal

JTESH: Journal of Tropical Environmental & Sustainable Health is an open-access scientific journal published by the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Mulawarman. It serves as a platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, and government agencies to share research in tropical environmental and sustainable health.

Published twice a year (June and December) via Open Journal Systems (OJS), JTESH ensures a transparent and efficient publication process.

The journal covers key topics such as water quality, sanitation, waste management, environmental pollution, climate change, environmental-related diseases, food safety, environmental toxicology, vector-borne diseases, risk management, health promotion, and One Health, along with sustainability and SDGs.

JTESH aims to be a reputable international journal. All manuscripts are published in English and undergo a strict double-blind peer-review process in accordance with journal guidelines.
