Author Guidelines

Authors should submit only papers that have been carefully proofread and polished. Manuscripts are accepted with the understanding that they are original or an extended version of previously published papers in conferences and/or journals, and that, if the work received an official sponsorship, it has been duly released for open publication. Before submission, please make sure your paper is prepared using the journal paper template.

TITLE

Must be brief, informative, and indicate the paper's main point(s)—maximum 150 characters.

AUTHORS NAME

Submissions must be complete and free of academic titles. Include the author's affiliation and full address. The corresponding author must provide an individual email address that is not shared or departmental.

ABSTRACT

To create a clear and concise summary of a research paper, include the research purpose, key results, and conclusions all in one paragraph. The summary should stand alone without references unless absolutely necessary. Avoid using uncommon abbreviations unless they are clearly defined upon first mention. The entire summary must be written in both Indonesian and English and should not exceed 200 words.

Keywords

Provide 3 to 6 keywords, using a semicolon (;) to separate them.

INTRODUCTION

The document must encompass a comprehensive background, a clear problem statement, a thorough literature review, a detailed gap analysis, and highlight research novelty. The State of the Art will be articulated in a manner that is accessible to multidisciplinary readers.

METHODS

Clearly define the research design, procedures (including algorithms and experiments), and data acquisition methods. It is essential to include supporting references for the chosen methodology.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

Present findings clearly using tables or figures. Interpret the results and connect them to previous research, addressing the implications and limitations of the study. Tables must have captions placed above, while figures must have captions placed below.

CONCLUSION

Summarize the key findings from the research with precision and clarity. Highlight their significance and the strong potential for future applications.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Acknowledge contributors who do not meet the criteria for authorship, such as those providing technical assistance or writing support. Ensure that you have obtained permission from all individuals acknowledged.

REFERENCES

Adhere strictly to APA style, prioritizing journal articles and conference proceedings. It is essential that all in-text citations are included in the reference list and vice versa. References must be both relevant and current. Use Times New Roman font, 10 pt, with single spacing and hanging indent format.
