About the Journal

Jurnal Agroekoteknologi Tropika Lembab (JATL) is a scientific journal dedicated to the development and dissemination of knowledge in humid tropical agriculture. The journal is managed by the Agroecotechnology Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Mulawarman, and provides an academic forum for researchers, lecturers, practitioners, and students to publish high-quality scientific work.

JATL publishes original research articles, review papers, and methodological or technological studies that contribute to sustainable agricultural development, especially in humid tropical ecosystems.

- Agronomy and crop production systems
- Soil science, soil fertility, and land management
- Plant protection, including pests, diseases, and weeds
- Agroecology and sustainable agriculture
- Agricultural technology for humid tropical environments
- Management of agricultural resources and the environment

Publication Frequency: JATL is published twice a year, in February and August.

Peer Review Process: All manuscripts submitted to JATL undergo editorial screening and peer review by reviewers with expertise relevant to the manuscript topic. The review process ensures scientific quality, originality, relevance, and contribution to agroecotechnology.
