• Implementing processes to assure the quality of the published manuscripts.

• Promoting objective freedom of expression.

• Maintaining the integrity of the authors' academic record.

• Publishing corrections, clarifications, retractions, and apologies when necessary.

• Taking responsibility for the style and format of the manuscript, whereas the content and all statements within the manuscript remain the sole responsibility of the author.

• Actively seeking the opinions of authors, readers, peer-reviewers, and editorial board members to collectively improve the publication.

• Encouraging evaluations of the journal if there are relevant findings.

• Striving to reduce research and publication misconduct by requiring authors to submit an Ethical Clearance form approved by an Ethical Clearance Commission.

• Supporting initiatives to educate researchers on publication ethics.

• Reviewing the effects of publication policies on the attitudes of authors and peer-reviewers, and implementing improvements to increase responsibility and minimize errors.

• Maintaining an open mind toward new opinions or perspectives of others that may conflict with personal views.

• Refraining from defending personal opinions, authors' views, or third-party interests that may lead to non-objective decisions.

• Encouraging authors to make necessary revisions to their manuscripts until they meet the standards for publication.
