Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work rotation variables (X1), compensation (X2) on employee performance (Y) through job satisfaction (Z) at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office of Intermediate Type Customs A Tangerang (KPPBC TMP A Tangerang). The method used in this study is a quantitative method, with the total population in this study is 168 employees. Pattern 2 (X1, X2, and Z against Y) with a direct influence of 24.5% and an indirect influence of 26.3%. However, the simultaneous influence of pattern 1 was 55.7% and pattern 2 was 54.1%. This test statistically proves that Work Rotation, Compensation, and Job Satisfaction simultaneously or partially have a significant effect on Performance. Thus, to increase job satisfaction and employee performance increases or improves, the variable of work rotation with indicators of employee boredom or boredom should be considered in a good pattern.
