Abstract

Penulis melakukan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Direksi Perempuan, Umur Perusahaan dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan subsektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2019. Penelitian ini menggungakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 41 perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dan sumber data berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan. Alat analisis yang digunkan adalah statistic deskriptif dan regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Direksi Perempuan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan, Umur Perusahaan berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan, dan Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan.
