Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Green Human Resource Management Green Ledearship dan Green Training terhadap Green Behavior dalam konteks semangat kerja berkelanjutan pegawai dan Green Behavior berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Semangat Kerja dengan Green Training sebagai variable moderator . Pendekatan yang di gunakan dalam penelitian yaitu Asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 225 Pegawai dengan sampel. pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung pada 225 responden dilakukan dengan analisis structural equation modelling (SEM) menggunakan bantuan Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS ) Sofware. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, kuisoner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Green Human Resource Managemen, Green Ledearship dan Green Training dan Green Behavior berpengaruh terhadap Semangat Kerja dan Mediasi Green Training terhadap Semangat Kerja pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup di Bima dan Dompu
